About the Role

The Assistant Manager, HR Operations will be responsible for overseeing key HR processes, including payroll, contract management, employee separations, grievance resolution, and data integrity. This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including monitoring payroll entries and resolving discrepancies.
  2. Contract Management: Manage the end-to-end process of new hire and renewal contracts, including tracking contract processing time.
  3. Employee Separation Handling: Efficiently manage employee separation cases, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with company policies.
  4. Data Management & Audits: Conduct regular audits of employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  5. Grievance Resolution: Handle employee grievances in a timely and professional manner, including tracking resolution time and improving response times.
  6. Document Issuance: Manage the issuance of employment and experience letters, ensuring timely issuance.
  7. Settlement Processing: Oversee monthly settlement processing, ensuring accuracy in all settlement data.
  8. Employee File Audits: Conduct regular employee file audits to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.

About You

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong operational expertise and a deep understanding of HR best practices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and proven experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles.
