Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and lead a global team of CX managers
- Oversee more than 150 front-line support agents
- Develop and implement CX strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and resolution rates
- Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and operations management
What We're Looking For:
- 12+ years of experience in managing multi-level CX operations teams
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and economic freedom through crypto and Web3
