Implementation Strategist Role">

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Strategist to partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams. As a key member of the Installation Services team, you will play a crucial role in how we sell and deliver technical engagements during the pre-sales process.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client needs and delivering compelling solutions.

You will create and deliver customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring they align with the client's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Sales Teams: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.">
  • Developing Strategic Solutions: Create and deliver customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses.">
  • Customer Engagement & Change Management: Work directly with clients to guide them through the change management process during the implementation of telematics solutions.">
  • Supporting Sales Processes: Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.">
  • Sales Collateral Development: Collaborate with Post Sales Operations team to maintain and update sales collateral and resources.">
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of sales initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.">

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or a similar field, with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution development.">
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical solutions and how they meet business needs.">
  • Customer-Focused Approach: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients, particularly in helping them through change management during technology implementation.">
