Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Business Insights Specialist to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, presenting insights-driven solutions, and implementing those solutions using business analytics tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a strategic plan for improving business efficiency by gathering and analyzing data, identifying effective ways of boosting organizational performance, and developing an analytics platform.
  • IDentify and develop sustainable synergies across various business functions through statistically analyzing large datasets and creating workflow templates to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Responsible for identifying new business areas and deploying strategic initiatives for business growth, collaborating with senior management to recommend strategies and business plans around sales, marketing, product, and other key cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and other tools to support execution, maintaining excellent relationships and communication with cross-functional stakeholders to inform and enable improvements in the quality of business delivery.
  • Create an analytics platform and develop the capability within cross-functional teams to enable optimal resource allocation, tracking, and monitoring of KPIs.
  • Maintain and perform gap analysis of current SOPs/SLAs on an ongoing basis with drafting and rollout of relevant policies, performing analytics to determine the level of impact and use outcomes to prioritize projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on various process evaluations and improvements, leading and coordinating quality and efficiency projects and activities to ensure continuous best practices.
  • Extract and analyze data using SQL/Excel and other tools to provide reports, acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data, identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Filter and clean data, work with management to prioritize business and information needs, locate and define new process improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with exceptional skills in strategic planning, analytical insights, process improvement, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Education: Minimum graduation/master's degree (preferably) with 2-4 years of experience in a planning role driving high-impact initiatives and strategic planning.
