About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team in a full-time, salaried, remote position. As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying suitable job opportunities on Upwork, crafting compelling bids and proposals, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning bids and delivering high-quality work in digital marketing, graphic design, or tech. You should be proficient in negotiating project terms, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects
  • Craft compelling bids and proposals that meet client requirements
  • Maintain effective communication with potential clients and internal teams
  • Negotiate project terms and close deals effectively
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as an Upwork bidder with a strong portfolio in marketing, graphics, or tech
  • Excellent proposal writing and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and client relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
