A strong Lead Generation Specialist is needed to drive our business forward. This individual will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, as well as crafting effective outreach strategies to engage with them.
Job Description- Create a thorough understanding of the target audience and their needs.
- Develop a robust lead generation strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- At least one year of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Practical experience using lead sourcing and outreach tools such as Apollo, Skrapp, GrowMeOrganic, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Better email marketing knowledge: Basic understanding of mass email marketing processes and tools, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management, tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective outreach and professional interactions.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze lead data and outreach performance to optimize future campaigns.
- Self-motivated & organized: Capable of working independently, managing time efficiently, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in data management and prospecting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly adaptable, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. They must also be proficient in various software applications and technologies used for lead generation and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Research & Sourcing: Identify and gather potential B2B leads using platforms like Apollo, Skrapp, GrowMeOrganic, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Outreach Management: Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn to engage potential leads and initiate business conversations.
- CRM Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, outreach activities, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Email Campaign Support: Assist in setting up and managing mass email campaigns using Salesforce, ensuring deliverability and audience targeting.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to ensure relevance and potential fit before passing them on to the sales team.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and outreach performance to optimize future campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new lead opportunities.
- Time & Task Management: Manage daily tasks, outreach targets, and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
