Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our team in Pakistan. As a key member of the Commercial Leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by developing and implementing effective people strategies.

About the Role:

  • You will partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute global and local policies and change initiatives that drive business results.
  • Lead talent management practices within assigned business units, including workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning, and talent mobility.
  • Build capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence.
  • Leverage data analytics to drive solutions and decisions that impact the bottom line and enable business strategy.
  • Manage works council relations and provide guidance to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements.
  • Drive engagement on market culture agenda; coach leaders on key cultural elements and organizational values.
  • Support effective Learning and Development programs in collaboration with the talent management team.
  • Lead DE&I market initiatives to ensure deep and diverse talent and drive wellbeing initiatives across Pakistan.
  • Drive Employer Branding agenda in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Manage end-to-end people overhead costs.
