Enterprise Leadership Position

This role requires providing technical and strategic leadership for enterprise applications and administrative software across the South Asia and East Africa regions. You will lead a team of developers and support staff in managing back-office software modules and services with 24/7 availability.

Collaboration with academic, research, and administrative stakeholders is key to defining business needs and delivering scalable ICT solutions. Driving innovation by researching and implementing new technologies that align with institutional goals and digital transformation is also crucial.

Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of enterprise software development, coordinating disaster recovery efforts, overseeing application deployment standards, acting as a change agent, and serving as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and cross-functional departments for seamless service delivery is essential. Managing software training needs and organizing capacity-building initiatives for both internal teams and end-users is also required.
