Responsibilities:
  1. Main responsibilities include maintaining the front desk area, greeting visitors, and handling incoming calls.
  2. Preparing outgoing mail and ensuring timely delivery.
  3. Supporting Admin and HR teams with documentation and coordination.
  4. Maintaining office common areas, including organizing schedules and coordinating with candidates.
  5. Supporting the HR team in scheduling job interviews and arranging travel arrangements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or intermediate with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
