Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to excel in outbound technical support and international lead generation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish meaningful connections with customers through phone calls to drive lead generation.
  • Deliver exceptional technical support and assistance to customers via outbound calls, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by effectively communicating their needs and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and troubleshooting methods to enhance their overall experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update database entries promptly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Meet or exceed call quotas and performance targets while collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer experience.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated technical expertise and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, with a strong ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and call center tools, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Additional technical certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in outbound technical support or call center roles is highly desirable.
