About the Position

  3. Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Analyze customer issues to identify root causes and offer effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to superiors as needed.
  4. Services Knowledge and Documentation: Stay informed about Empurrar's services and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including customer IDs, deposits, and cashouts.
  5. Continuous Learning and Improvement: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of customer support processes.
