Key Sales Leadership Role

This is a dynamic sales leadership position where you will oversee a team of Senior Business Executives and junior members to drive exceptional results.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Guiding the team in identifying new business opportunities, training them on product knowledge, and refining sales techniques.
  • Ensuring timely closure of mature deals, negotiating complex cases, and collecting payments from clients.
  • Motivating and developing team members, addressing performance gaps, and escalating concerns to management when necessary.
  • Establishing strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CEOs and other high-level executives.
  • Promoting project selling efforts and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Requirements: Strong communication skills, persistent personality, own vehicle, and extensive knowledge of assigned territory. Prior experience in Corporate Sales and IT/Electronics products is highly valued.
