We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at RepairDesk. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and retention through proactive account management.

Job Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for established accounts.
- Regular follow-ups to monitor satisfaction and ensure desired outcomes.
- Build long-term relationships by understanding customer objectives and challenges.
- Monitor customer health metrics and address potential issues proactively.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional features or products based on customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or similar role.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar customer management tools.
- Understanding of SaaS product lifecycles and customer onboarding processes.
