We are looking for a Customer Service Team Lead at GE Solutions to manage our customer support team in the US/UK region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Enhance customer experience through data analysis and drive sustainable business growth.
- Provide accurate information through professional communication methods and resolve customer complexities.
- Leverage expertise to manage the customer support team, suggest ways to elevate customer satisfaction, and develop strategies for retaining customers.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support management.
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales and strategy planning is essential.
- Knowledge of major e-commerce models, including dropship and retail arbitrage, as well as Amazon FBA, FBM, and PL.
