We are looking for a Customer Service Team Lead at GE Solutions to manage our customer support team in the US/UK region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance customer experience through data analysis and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Provide accurate information through professional communication methods and resolve customer complexities.
  • Leverage expertise to manage the customer support team, suggest ways to elevate customer satisfaction, and develop strategies for retaining customers.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support management.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales and strategy planning is essential.
  • Knowledge of major e-commerce models, including dropship and retail arbitrage, as well as Amazon FBA, FBM, and PL.
Working Schedule:Monday – Saturday, Job Hours: 6 pm – 3 am (Saturday: 6 pm - 11 pm), Compensation Package: Competitive with health insurance, regular appraisals, and a professional learning work environment.
