About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective customer service processes. This will involve resolving complex customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, creating policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery, and planning training programs for customer service staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to enhance customer support.
  • Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
