This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in the fleet tracking and telematics sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on sales experience, strong industry networking, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and convert prospective clients through physical outreach, networking, and participation in relevant industry events.
- Utilize your network and market knowledge to generate qualified leads and onboard new customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through strategic selling and lead conversion.
- Partner with technical and product teams to deliver customized telematics solutions tailored to client needs.
- Stay updated on competitor activity and market developments to spot new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of field sales experience in fleet tracking, telematics, IoT, or related industries.
- Established connections in the local fleet management and telematics space with the ability to generate and convert leads.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and meeting targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and negotiate with senior-level stakeholders.
