
Call Center Operations Manager

This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of customer service representatives. They will ensure that team members meet performance targets, follow company protocols, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of agents, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate and review agent performance, including call quality, sales targets, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Training and Development: Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance agent skills and improve performance.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience working in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a dynamic environment.
