Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

This role involves accurately and efficiently entering and updating data into database systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify data for completeness and accuracy, making necessary corrections as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all data.
  • Prepare and organize source documents for data entry.
  • Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with honors, or Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology (B.Com IT).
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator for 2-3 years.
  • Proficient in data entry and management software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
