Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist The Warehouse Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, supporting the supervisor in implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate stock records. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Warehouse Management: Implement warehouse procedures to ensure compliance with International Medical Corps Warehouse Manual and applicable donor and host country law requirements.
  • Stock Control: Ensure all commodities are stored in their respective storage/warehouse and accountable for quantity and preserving good condition of items during storage.
  • Quality Control: Monitor stored items shelf life and report against minimum and maximum stock level per item where defined, and alerting stock owners where required.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and transparent stock records by item and project for all commodities transactions, standardized documentation, reporting, and control system.
 Requirements: 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain management or related area. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
  • Experience: 3+ year of relevant experience working in related field.
  • Skills: Good interpersonal and team skills, commitment to and understanding of IMC's aims, values and principles, knowledge of MS Office including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
