
Senior Customer Service Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our call center. This includes supervising daily activities to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve first-call resolution rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service levels, agent performance, and quality assurance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service operations, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or deputy manager role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, call center systems, and reporting dashboards.
