About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality DeFi applications. They will work closely with product managers to define product specifications, timelines, and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of engineers to develop DeFi Dapps
  • Collaborating with product managers to define product specifications
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Ensuring alignment between engineering and product teams
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in software engineering focusing on DeFi Dapp, mobile app or Web applications
  • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams to deliver successful products
  • Strong experience with web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized applications
  • Hands-on expertise with programming languages such as Node.JS, TypeScript, or Python and frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or similar
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile-first development practices, third-party integrations, and API usage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead architectural discussions and technical design reviews
