
Business Solutions Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Solutions Manager. This individual will be responsible for assisting sales teams in qualifying customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to communicate technical and business information to varied audiences.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with sales teams to develop product-centric selling strategies and deliver compelling presentations to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand data relationships and solve business problems.
Key ResponsibilitiesQualify Customer Needs: Assist sales teams in identifying customer requirements and developing tailored solutions.
Pre-Demo Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and provide recommendations for product demonstrations.
Sales Strategy Development: Work with sales teams to develop product-centric selling strategies and deliver compelling presentations to customers.
Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical knowledge of healthcare and related systems, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Develop and manage project plans for implementation consulting, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills; strong analytical skills; ability to understand data relationships and solve business problems; proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access); general computer skills.
