English Language Specialist

We are seeking an experienced English Language Specialist to join our team in Rawalpindi. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a graduate degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct English language assessments for both new and existing employees, as well as third-party candidates.
  • Maintain high standards of spoken English among employees through daily call quality monitoring.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff on vocabulary, pronunciation, and customer service specific to UK culture and language.
  • Develop auto-scored English language proficiency assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in English Literature, Applied Linguistics, Educational Linguistics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in English teaching, preferably in IELTS/PTE or Cambridge English exams.
  • IELTS/CEFR certification, PTE, Language certificates, Oxford English Test, and British Council experience.
  • Experience in coaching on accent and grammar is an advantage.

Responsibilities include assessment and evaluations, and may involve travel to other offices for training and presentations.
