We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team at Digital Spot Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various markets.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively search for and engage with potential clients to understand their software-related needs
- Develop tailored proposals that showcase the value proposition of our services
- Cultivate relationships through scheduled meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications

Job Specification:
- Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills, preferably with a neutral accent
- Maintain a minimum of 3 years of experience in a services-based software company
- Showcase expertise in off-shore business development, particularly in EU, US, CA, and AU regions
- Highlight proficiency in cold-calls, warm-calls, lead-closure, and generating project proposals
- Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and convincing power
- Exhibit strong teamwork and stress management abilities
- Show a target-driven, proactive attitude and focus on delivering results
