About the Role:

What You'll Do:

  1. Handle live calls from customers and resolve any queries or issues they may have.

  3. Work closely with our partners to resolve any issues that arise and ensure that they have a smooth experience.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service they received.
  6. Provide feedback to our partners and customers on how we can improve our services and what we are doing well.
