About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling live calls, setting up accounts, and resolving customer queries in real-time.

The Job:

This is a dynamic role that requires someone who is able to think on their feet and provide excellent customer service. You will be working closely with our partners and customers to resolve any issues that arise and ensure that they have a smooth experience.

What You'll Do:

  1. Handle live calls from customers and resolve any queries or issues they may have.

  3. Work closely with our partners to resolve any issues that arise and ensure that they have a smooth experience.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service they received.
  6. Provide feedback to our partners and customers on how we can improve our services and what we are doing well.
