Job Summary
As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for managing employee records, benefits administration, and payroll. The role requires strong coordination with various business groups to ensure uniform implementation of HR initiatives.

About the Role
This is a highly dynamic role that involves ensuring accurate and complete system records of employees, particularly regarding job details, performance, salary, and previous employment history. You will also be responsible for managing employee communication, facilitating automation of processes, and generating reports for business support.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure timely and accurate response to employee queries on PICG-related matters.
2. Manage the communication of all PICG policies to employees.
3. Administer employee benefits as part of the payroll process.
4. Collaborate with the employee relations function on disciplinary procedures and actions.
5. Maintain accurate records of letters to employees, including disciplinary and non-disciplinary communications.
6. Serve as a liaison between MGNP and medical insurance providers.
7. Oversee the offboarding process of employees.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Logical reasoning and analytical skills.
5. Good knowledge of MS Office and end-to-end HR processes.
