Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Executive to lead all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
About the Role
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process, develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention, implement onboarding programs, and evaluate employee performance.
- Performance Evaluation and Management: Establish performance management systems, conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, identify training opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Policy Execution and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, act as a point of contact for employees, review and update company policies, and reflect changes in industry best practices.
- Target Management and Goal Setting: Collaborate with department heads to set realistic targets and objectives, monitor progress, provide guidance and support, and analyze performance data.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, talent acquisition, and performance evaluation.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software.
