Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement robust network security policies, ensuring the safeguarding of our IT infrastructure.

  • Design and deploy access control lists (ACLs) and role-based access control (RBAC) systems to maintain network integrity.
  • Create proposals for delivering IT services, strategies, and remote support solutions to various outlets.
  • Oversee the daily operation of our communication network and IT facilities, providing senior-level technical assistance.
  • Establish policies for resolving help desk requests and managing IT support.
  • Maintain hardware, servers, networks, and desktop infrastructure remotely, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with software vendors to implement VPN solutions for the entire outlet network.
  • Procure necessary IT systems, hardware, and equipment for organizational needs and new outlet deployment.
