The Project Administrator plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the Management and the Project Core Team. This individual is responsible for maintaining a high level of organizational efficiency, ensuring seamless communication, and fostering a productive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to the Project Core Team and the management.
  • Developing and maintaining project governance matrices that outline regular meetings and reviews.
  • Coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and managing office requirements for the Project Core Team.
  • Maintaining and updating company databases, records, and documentation.
  • Managing correspondence, preparing reports on expenses and office budgets, and supporting the Finance department.
  • Assisting in collecting visa-related documents, keeping leave records, and making timesheets.
  • Performing various administrative tasks as assigned by the Line Manager/Management.
