Lead Architectural Design

We are seeking an experienced Lead Architect to oversee all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction completion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions.
  • Evaluate project proposals and offer feedback on feasibility, scope, and technical requirements.
  • C Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in construction.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts during the design or construction phases.
  • Maintain expertise in industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to improve processes and deliver high-quality designs.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Demonstrated success in completing complex projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
  • Excellent leadership skills to motivate and mentor team members.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
