Job Description

The successful candidate will join our Global Sourcing & Logistics Service Center and be responsible for processing sourcing and procurement requests for a certain commodity across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain purchasing systems, ensuring they reflect current pricing and contract terms.
  • Resolve exception notices and other invoicing disputes.
  • Resolve basic supply problems and escalate as appropriate.
  • Place spot orders.
  • Prepare draft purchase contracts from established formats.
  • Administer and report as necessary (from systems and external sources).
  • Liaise with regional and global buying teams, providing information and analytical support in alignment with their goals on portfolio management and savings.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
