Requirements:

  • Master's degree in HR required.

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in developing and facilitating organizational development, performance, and management development programs (preferably in the telecom sector).
  • Written communication skills: Ability to write clearly and succinctly in various settings and styles; able to convey messages effectively.
