Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced organizational development professional to help us strengthen our company culture, improve employee engagement frameworks, and ensure our people thrive at every stage of growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational culture development, performance systems, or HR strategy in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current culture and systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Strategize on employee motivation and performance to increase accountability and productivity across a remote workforce.
  • Design onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel connected to the team from day one. Help build personal growth plans for team members.
  • Create performance frameworks for reviews, goal-setting, and feedback systems.
  • Advise on organizational design strategies as we scale to maintain a strong culture and performance-driven environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in organizational culture development, performance systems, or HR strategy.
  • Deep understanding of employee engagement frameworks, onboarding best practices, performance review systems, and personal growth plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a partially remote team.
  • Consulting mindset with experience working as a consultant or advisor.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
