Job Overview

The Learning Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the design, delivery and evaluation of company-wide learning initiatives. This includes enabling organizational capability building and fostering a culture of continuous development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning programs aligned with business priorities and talent needs.
  • Manage learning management systems to ensure content accuracy, user support and compliance with learning processes.
  • Monitor learning metrics and dashboards to inform leadership decision-making and program effectiveness evaluation.
  • Deliver virtual and classroom training sessions and support trainers and vendors.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and contribute to annual learning calendars.
  • Advocate for a learning culture and support diversity, equity and inclusion related development initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 5-8 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination or HR programs.
  • Prior experience in LMS administration and reporting dashboards is highly desirable.
