As a seasoned Organizational Development Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing complete HR functions and developing policies and processes from scratch related to organizational development, talent management, and succession planning.

\

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in human resources with a reputable organization and strong interpersonal & communication skills. A result-oriented individual with leadership skills and a proven track record of success is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the company's reputation by recruiting, tracking, and interviewing job candidates to ensure our team is comprised of high-quality employees who share our values.\
  • Talent Management: Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures to retain motivated employees and develop career paths that align with our company goals.\
  • Learning and Development: Empower employees with specific skills to drive better business performance and fill the skills gap by facilitating communication among employees and management, guiding problem-solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance.\
  • Performance Management: Create accurate job profile expectations, create relevant objectives that align with our mission, document performance, and write appraisals to maintain historical human resource records, including past and current files, ensuring seamless access for future reference.\
  • Rewards and Benefits: Inform employees of benefits and assess trends; recommend benefit programs to management to ensure we maintain a competitive edge in employee satisfaction.\
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the HR team and lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and fostering a positive work environment.\
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and inclusion, encouraging open communication and collaboration among employees to drive business results.\
  • Change Management: Develop and implement effective change management strategies to facilitate organizational transformation and growth.\
  • Succession Planning: Identify and develop key talent to ensure smooth succession planning and minimize disruptions to the business.\
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.\
  • Analytics: Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement, using metrics and analytics to measure performance and make data-driven recommendations.\
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to build strong relationships and drive business outcomes.\
  • Culture: Develop and implement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance and contributions.\
  • Professional Development: Support the professional development of HR team members, providing training and mentorship opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.\

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.\
