Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence and Analytics Leader to join our team. As a key player in orchestrating the design and implementation of business solutions, you will be responsible for leading functional activities, managing stakeholder interactions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout various project phases.

In this role, you will guide and mentor other analysts while driving continuous improvement in our processes and solutions. You will analyze and propose solutions for individual features or entire modules, using demonstrations and supportive documentation to articulate proposals to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and participate in organizing agile project functional team activities during the build phase, ensuring efficient task prioritization, risk anticipation, and accurate effort estimation.
  • Client Demonstrations: Lead and support demo sessions showcasing company's template solution and customized client solutions.
  • Requirements Confirmation: Actively engage with clients during the Design phase to confirm customer requirements and align them with company standards.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify and address any gaps between the project requirements and the template solution, proposing integrations into the core product where feasible.
