About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Director to oversee the sales of electrical products in Karachi, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share by identifying opportunities and trends in the electrical industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including electric shopkeepers, contractors, and influencers, to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on competitor activity, product demand, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business success and inform product initiatives.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to inform product development and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including volume sales, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
  • Leverage expertise in Area Sales for Electrical items, particularly cables, circuit breakers, switches, and sockets, to drive sales and growth.
  • Foster strong connections with electric shopkeepers and demonstrate ability to generate volume sales through effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing activities within the retail market to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Work Environment

This is an onsite, full-time role located in DHA Phase 2, Karachi, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 9am-6pm.
