Lead Enterprise Account Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of experienced Enterprise Account Executives to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define a successful and repeatable sales process.
  • Partner with team members to understand customer needs and map them to the value of Tribech Solutions.
  • Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance process efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams.
  • 2+ years of experience managing an enterprise sales team.
  • Successful track record of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in enterprise sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
