Job Summary:

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to conduct thorough audits and evaluations of tender documents and contracts. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure compliance with Public Procurement Rules.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review tender documents and contracts prior to approval by senior management, ensuring all necessary details are accurate and complete.
  2. Verify tender evaluation reports for adherence to PPRA and SOPs, identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with senior management to implement internal controls for accurate invoice verification, streamlining the payment process.
  4. Highlight non-compliances to relevant user departments, facilitating prompt rectification and minimizing delays.
  5. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of project agreements and contracts, including stamp duty, insurance policies, and payment structures, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
  6. Ensure that all evaluations are conducted in accordance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Business Principles & Ethics Policy, promoting a culture of accountability and transparency.
  7. Perform additional tasks assigned by management as needed, supporting the organization's strategic objectives.
