Job Title: Pharmaceutical Tender Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from initial identification to final submission and follow-up. This includes:

  • Identifying and tracking tender opportunities across various public and private sectors;
  • Preparing and submitting tenders on time, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, regulatory, and finance teams, to ensure accurate and timely documentation;
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of company registrations, product certifications, and relevant approvals;

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, as well as external partners, such as hospitals, procurement departments, and regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or related field;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tender/institutional sales in healthcare or medical devices sector;
  • Strong understanding of PPRA rules and institutional procurement processes;
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word;
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines;
  • Experience with military and donor-funded tenders;
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems;
  • Knowledge of regulatory certifications (DRAP, ISO, CE, etc.).
