Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to make a meaningful impact in the world of sports fundraising. As a Fundraising Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful sponsorship acquisition strategies, managing relationships with sponsors, and analyzing fundraising data to optimize results.

About the Role:
  • You will identify, approach, and secure sponsors for our lacrosse events, training programs, and international competitions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with our goals and objectives.
  • Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of supporting lacrosse in Pakistan.
  • Collaborate with event organizers and other stakeholders to ensure that sponsor needs and expectations are met during lacrosse events.
  • Track and report on fundraising activities, sponsorship agreements, and financial targets.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in fundraising, sponsorship acquisition, or sales, preferably within the sports industry or non-profit sector.
  • A strong network of contacts within the corporate sector, philanthropic organizations, or relevant industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
