Company Description

Deaf Reach is a pioneering program of Family Educational Services Foundation (FESF) in Pakistan dedicated to creating inclusive education and vocational opportunities for the Deaf community. Deaf Reach empowers thousands of Deaf children and youth across its nationwide network of schools and training centers.

Beyond the classroom, Deaf Reach develops local and digital PSL resources, and advocates for accessibility at the national level, aiming to build a future where Deaf individuals are fully included and valued in society.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day outreach efforts by drafting and sending donor emails, follow-up messages, and making cold/warm calls to prospective sponsors and partners. Prepare and maintain outreach materials, including email templates, call scripts, and activity reports.
  • Ensure timely issuance of donation receipts and maintain accurate donor and prospect records to support timely follow-ups and donor satisfaction.
  • Support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, and donor engagement events in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
  • Contribute to volunteer mobilization efforts by helping manage sign-ups, planning meaningful activities, and ensuring smooth coordination during events.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of fundraising strategies and conduct basic research to identify prospective donors, corporate partners, and grant opportunities that align with Deaf Reach's mission and funding needs.
  • Work flexibly across time zones when needed to engage donors and partners globally, while maintaining a strong understanding of Deaf Reach's programs to represent the organization effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in business development through digital mediums (phone, email, call).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field from an accredited university.
  • Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience in fundraising, business development, sales, or relationship management.
  • Prior experience in the non-profit sector, particularly fundraising, is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work in different time zones as per the need
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
