Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Bidder to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the basics of tech and engineering services and can craft compelling proposals, optimize profiles, and leverage AI tools for smarter outreach.

  • Write customized business proposals for tech and engineering projects.
  • Identify relevant job postings and submit bids on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
  • Maintain and optimize freelancer profiles to increase visibility and win-rate.
  • Use AI tools to enhance proposal quality, automate repetitive tasks, and analyze buyer behavior.
  • Track, manage, and report on bidding success and key performance indicators.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or bidding roles on freelance platforms.
  • Strong written communication and persuasive writing skills.
  • Understanding of engineering/software terms (no coding required).
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client communications at once.
