This is an entry-level position for a customer-focused professional seeking to make an impact in the dynamic e-commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer support by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries across various channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
Additional responsibilities include managing orders and returns with precision to ensure smooth fulfillment, maintaining accurate records of tracking numbers for efficient order monitoring, and engaging in live customer service chats to address account-related concerns and provide timely solutions.
The ideal candidate will utilize technology efficiently to handle customer interactions, leveraging computer operations such as data entry, and utilizing Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word to enhance service processes.
A strong command of written and spoken English is required for clear and professional communication.
Qualifications:- Must be able to commute daily to our office location.
- A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or knowledge of eBay operations is a significant advantage.
- Must bring your own laptop to the office daily.
