Key Responsibilities
  • Query Resolution: Handle and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Support Services: Provide Word, Excel, and secretarial support to clients as required.
  • Communication: Receive, direct, and relay telephone, email, fax, and text messages to ensure seamless communication.
  • Query Tracking: Keep track of queries, incoming and outgoing calls to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Finance Support: Assist the finance department in collecting payments and providing support to existing and new clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support the admin manager with administrative duties as needed.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrate comprehensive computer, internet search, and written communication skills.
  • Filing System: Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence accurately.
  • Public Inquiries: Respond to public inquiries and handle support calls professionally.
  • Filing System Development: Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.
  • Clients Relations: Maintain and develop professional relations with existing and new clients.
  • Team Support: Assist the Executive Directors and other staff as requested.
