We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Support Specialist to join our team at Joblogic Service Management Software. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and driving customer satisfaction.
About the Position
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from small businesses to large enterprises. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively resolve complex technical issues and provide creative solutions to meet their needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue escalation and resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a software support or customer-facing role
- Prior experience with ticket tracking/logging tools and screen sharing software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
