We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Associate, Client Support. As a key member of our global support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure their needs are met. You will also work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve our products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • Excellent English communications skills
  • Experience in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of corporate accounting statements such as the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Team-player mentality with collaboration skills
  • Flexibility for changes in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Desire and aptitude for continuous learning
