Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Rapid Innovations team.

The ideal candidate will have approximately five years of related work experience and an undergraduate or master's degree in accounting and/or another appropriate academic major.

A Big 4 background with particular business/industry experience is essential, along with expertise in ERP systems, specifically SAP.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering monthly reports summarizing budget performance, variances, and key financial insights, as well as managing, controlling, and optimizing the budget and cost control functions.

They will also collaborate with Finance departments to challenge and refine budget assumptions for improved accuracy and feasibility, and assist in designing and developing processes and procedures related to budgeting.

About the Role
  • Participate in and manage client engagements, contributing in both financial and non-financial service sectors.
  • Collaborate with partners, senior managers, and clients to determine a strategy that addresses risk, manages client expectations, and ensures work products are client-focused, clear, accurate, and well-presented.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects in compliance with regulatory frameworks and work with other service lines to provide an integrated service delivery.
  • Monitor performance of the team against budget, identify and communicate relevant trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and approximately five years of related work experience.
  • An undergraduate or master's degree in accounting and/or another appropriate academic major.
  • At least 5 years of Big 4 experience and particular business/industry experience to meet special needs.
  • Expertise in ERP systems, specifically SAP, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience to ensure efficient integration with budgetary processes.
