The role of Senior Associate, Corporate Compliance and Transformation Services is a pivotal position within the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic team at one of the world's top tax firms.
As a Senior Associate, you will have the chance to work with KPMG's extensive network of specialists and enjoy access to our Ignition Centers, where deep industry knowledge merges with cutting-edge technologies to create innovative tax solutions.
This is a multifaceted role that involves various responsibilities including facilitating client communications and participating in process review debriefs, collaborating with engagement teams and clients to transition projects, managing escalation of engagement questions, maintaining and implementing standardized contracts, and sharing best practices with compliance teams.
To excel in this position, you will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and delegation skills, as well as the ability to operate in a national/international teaming environment, collaborate well with other team members, and work self-sufficiently with appropriate oversight.
Additionally, you will need a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and minimum two years of recent tax or accounting experience; minimum one year of recent project management experience. PMP or Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt (or higher) certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee assigned engagements
