Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

A Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of customer networks.

  • This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, configuring and integrating various network components, and providing expert guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.

In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies, including telecom and datacom systems. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring seamless communication between teams, and driving business growth through effective problem-solving.

This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities. You will need to stay up-to-date with rapidly evolving technology trends and continuously develop your skills to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and rectify technical problems.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical notes.
  4. Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote best practices within the team.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Detailed knowledge of CS Core domains, including CSCF, MTAS, SBG/BGF, MSC-S, M-MGW, STP/IP-STP, UDM domain CUDB, HSS-FE, HLR-FE, EIR-FE, and mobile call flows.
  • Experience with MAP, SCCP, SIP, Diameter, and LDAP protocols, as well as troubleshooting IMS/VoLTE call flows, SRVCC, and CS Fallback procedures.
  • Understanding of Cloud/Virtualization concepts and VNF/CNF Management.
  • Strong team collaboration and presentation skills.
